Kevin is a dynamic IT Professional with over 20 years of experience in implementation, support, training and people management. He is skilled in all aspects of systems analysis, systems software and computer hardware usage providing support in data communication systems implementation and support; data communications protocols, hardware; LAN and WAN design; implementation and support; and multi-platform system integration.

 

Kevin is a seasoned technical trainer comfortable in the classroom or mentoring junior staff. He also has considerable experience as a project manager of numerous successful projects.

Recently attended Microsoft ITVISION04A conference of instructors of Microsoft products held at the Redmond, WA headquarters. This included seminars on upcoming MS products and also submission of reviews of Microsoft Official Academic Course (MOAC) textbooks.

 

Recent Activities

Freelance Technical Writer for Thomson Learning - Developed supplementary materials for textbook "A+ Guide to Hardware, 3rd Edition" By Jean Andrews. This included creation of Presentation Materials using MS PowerPoint, creating an Instructor Manual, creation of an automated Test Bank, and development of Lab Pack (applied exercises)
